Florida will have the worst HURRICANE season ever and taxes will be so high that only a DUMB CANADIAN would be willing to pay for any of this. ILLEGAL immigrants flooding the US will be the best neighbOUR for these northern SUCKERS. As far as Canadians buying property in Arizona, etc, why not? We're good neighbors and we're bringing cash. Lots of Americans invest in Canada too. F'rinstance, our bonds are selling like hotcakes.
