So the reappointment of Benny is going to go to a vote soon, and Mish Shedlock is organizing a phone drive of sorts to encourage anyone opposed to the confirmation of Ben Bernanke’s reappointment to call up the undecided Senators and express their discontent. It’s a good cause, and if you’d like to see Benny pack up his desk, we recommend it, especially if you do live in any of those undecided Senators’ districts.

We want to participate in this kind of grassroots activism, this outrage. But we know we need to serve up a few lulz for the cause, as well. Mish has got the undecided guys covered; our proposal is that you instead channel the spirit of the great Robert Mugabe, leader of Zimbabwe and patron saint of money printers, and call up one of the folks on Mish’s “For Confirmation” list:
