With the divisiveness that has become de rigueur in politics as of late, it’s nice when everyone can agree on something. Today, that something is that Tim Geithner’s gotta go. One brave soul, otherwise insane Texas Representative Kevin Brady, actually said this to Timmay’s face today.

“Conservatives agree that as point person you’ve failed,” Brady told Geithner at today’s hearing. “Liberals are growing in that consensus as well. Poll after poll shows the public has lost confidence in this President’s ability to handle the economy. For the sake of our jobs, will you step down from your post?”

Timmay responded, “Can’t make me,” and made poopy in his diaper right there. Oregon’s Peter DeFazio had taken it a step further last night and asked for the President to give both Timmay and his beloved mentor Larry Summers the BOOT, which of course means that both of these men will keep their jobs for life.
