Rumors! Blackstone to acquire Sea World?
Soooo – I just got a tip that there are Blackstone peeps hanging out at Sea World right now. It’s consistent with the rumors that InBev wants to offload the theme parks, and Blackstone already owns a big chunk of Universal Orlando, so yes, we hope to soon have grainy camera phone photos for you of Steve Schwarzman riding a whale. Or at least petting one of those friendly little dolphin critters at Discovery Cove.

Ever since they closed the hospitality houses, there is no reason for a beer company to own these things. Maybe Blackstone will serve up free due diligence or something.
