Oh, to catch a predator… we’ve heard GS controls every branch of government, but I guess not lower-level judicial. Which sucks for Todd Genger:

Todd Genger is a lawyer for Goldman Sachs. Genger was arrested on July 27, 2009 after he allegedly tried to lure a 15-year-old girl, who he met in a chat online, into meeting him in real life. Genger’s arrest was part of an investigation into men soliciting sex from young girls online. The ‘girl’ that Genger chatted with was really an under cover investigator from the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office. Genger, who is married and has three children, admitted to having explicit conversations online with the ‘girl.

Unfortunately, we’ve been trying for WEEKS to use a 15-year-old girl robot to lure the massive WOPR/HAL high-frequency trading system GS uses to gun the markets into incriminating itself. But it just doesn’t seem to swing that way. Alas.
