Serious Credit Card Is Serious

Priceless flash video still from WSJ:

LOL… cats! On your credit card! Yeah, having Hello Kitty on your Visa doesn’t look at all stupid when it’s blown up to a 36×24″ size. (At least it’s a debit.)

Anyway, in bad news for banks everywhere, credit card fees like retroactive interest rate increases, double-cycle billing and other assorted profitable pain-inducing fail are going the way of the dodo, which means bank attorneys everywhere are scouring even as I type for loopholes that allow them to create new and nefarious fees. Word on the street is, we can expect them to eliminate grace periods, rewards programs and no-annual-fee cards – so “good” customers can make up for the revenue the banks used to get from heavily indebted customers. Hint to any bank I deal with: do that, and I will cut up the few little plastic rectangles that are still in my wallet.

    A few things:
    1. I’m sick of seeing that smug bastard Stephen Moore.
    2. Stephen Moore is correct. (Bastard!)
    3. I will cut my cards if they start screwing me.
    4. That Doug guy from Fox News looks like Dave Foley!
