Looks like it’s the end for Runaway Ponzi-On-The-301. Arthur Nadel turned himself into the FBI today in Tampa to answer to charges of fraud. No word on the missing $342 million. No word on whether he was in Tampa to try to catch the Superbowl before turning himself in, either, but we’re guessing he just wasn’t sure he was ready for some football.
